There are certain times in our lives when we struggle and may need help with problems or experiences that cause us emotional distress.

During these times, we may feel: sad, worried, afraid, hurt, abandoned, anxious or simply overwhelmed by life.

These problems can arise from pressures at home or at work, with our relationships or friends, trauma, bereavement or loss or even stem from early childhood experiences.

For whatever reason, it may not feel right to share your troubles with family or friends and it’s at times like this that many people decide to talk to a counsellor.

The therapeutic relationship offers an environment where you can speak openly, in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential setting and explore life’s problems together.
